From Louisville to the World
UPS 767 on departure from UPS Worldport.

After a northerly departure from Louisville Muhammed Ali International Airport, a UPS Airlines Boeing 767-300F has circled around to the south and now flys high overhead her home city of Louisville, Kentucky on her way to one of many international destinations that make up the UPS worldwide network. In her wake is a spectacular view of the city, and of the UPS Worldport where millions of parcels are received, processed and dispatched every day.
The Boeing 767-300F is the backbone of the UPS fleet and the most numerous aircraft type in its service. The majority of the UPS 767-300F’s are powered by the General Electric CF6-80C2 high-bypass turbofan engines, each engine capable of producing a maximum takeoff thrust of over 60,000 lbf (266kN), while a small number of UPS's newer 767’s utilize Pratt & Whitney PW4052 engines with a comparable thrust rating.
