Freedom One

Southwest Airlines 737-800 departing from Dallas Love Field, Texas

'Freedom One' Southwest 737-800 oil on Canvas painting.
After its south-easterly departure from Dallas Love Field, this Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-800 emblazoned with a very special livery of a stylized American flag, featuring its 50 stars and and 13 stripes, climbs past the famous city of Dallas under the vast Texas sky.
This special color scheme was chosen to help celebrate Southwest’s 50th Anniversary in 2021, and as a tribute to its more than 50,000 employees, and to the United States of America and the nation’s Military. This striking color scheme has quickly become a favourite among employees and passengers alike and the aircraft dubbed ‘Freedom One’ is greeted with excitement and interest everywhere she travels.
Southwest remains by far the worlds largest operator of Boeing 737’s with more than 870 aircraft in its fleet, and with many orders for more paving the way forward for one of America’s most loved airlines.
